Send your photo (or multiple) for evaluation. I’ll review it for composition and clarity, then discuss your artistic goals to ensure the best possible result.

STEP 2
Confirm & Begin

Once your reference is approved, a 50% deposit secures your commission.
I’ll confirm receipt and share an estimated completion timeline.

STEP 3
Creation Phase

Work begins, focusing on likeness, mood, and emotional depth.
For Art Video commissions: each stroke is performed with the precision of a live performance, requiring flawless execution from start to finish. This is why so few artists provide this offer.

STEP 4
Review & Approve

You’ll receive a digital preview of your finished portrait for feedback.
I’ll refine details until you’re completely satisfied, then request the remaining balance.

STEP 5
Delivery

After final payment, your portrait is carefully packaged in a protective mailing tube and shipped.
You’ll receive a tracking number ASAP.
Clients who ordered the Art Video receive a private download link once editing is complete.

How do I place an order?

Simply send me a message through my contact form. I’ll guide you through the rest. General process and price are also shown above.

How long does it take to complete a portrait?

Turnaround varies by complexity and current schedule, typically averaging a couple weeks. I’ll give you a personalized timeframe before starting. Faster, priority speed is possible with additional fee. 

What size options do you offer?

Standard portrait sizes include 9×12″, 11×14″, 16×20″, and 18×24″. Custom sizes are also available upon request.

Do you offer commissions beside portrait such as pets, landscape, still life etc

Yes, I can accommodate whole range of subjects. Please contact to discuss details.

Can you work from low-quality or old photos?

Generally yes, depends on whether I can see the subject clearly. Feel free to contact, send references over for an evaluation. 

What payment method do you accept?

Paypal, Stripe is most common. Zelle, direct transfer is possible. 

What if I'm not satisfied with the portrait / refund policy?

During review stage I’m happy to make any changes toward your satisfaction. You can also request a complete refund during this time if you no longer want to proceed. 

Shipping and preservation

Portraits are drawn on high quality art paper and shipping in strong mailing tube. It is spray-fixed to prevent accidental smudging. But it is best to minimize touching of the surface and frame it behind glass for protection. They practically would last forever. 

If I ordered Art Video, how would I receive it?

You’ll get a private download link once the video is edited. Just like the physical portrait you can request changes (like pacing, length, music etc) and I’ll be happy to accommodate.
