FOR REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS · CLIENT GIFTS

Give them their home.
As a work of art.

Thank your client with an original charcoal drawing of the home they’ve bought or sold, commissioned from Victor Sun. A personal way to mark what this move means to them.

Add framing for a gift that’s ready to present.

THE HOUSE IS PART OF THEIR STORY

A new beginning.
A place to remember.

You helped them through the move. Choose a gift that speaks to what that home means to your client.

FOR YOUR BUYER

The home
they’ve chosen.

The first home. The extra room for a growing family. The place they can finally call their own. A portrait turns that new address into something personal.

FOR YOUR SELLER

The home
they’ll always know.

The garden they planted. The door their children came home through. Give them a way to keep the home they’re leaving, wherever they go next.

AN ORIGINAL FOR YOUR CLIENT

The artwork.
Ready for your client.

Choose the original drawing on its own, or add framing so you can give the finished piece. An Art Video lets your client see how their gift was created.

01

The original drawing

A charcoal portrait of your client’s home, drawn by me from photographs. We’ll choose the view and the details that matter to the recipient.

02

Framing, taken care of.

I can frame the original for an additional fee, so you don’t need to arrange it yourself. We’ll agree on the frame and include framing and delivery costs in your quote.

03

The optional Art Video

A time-lapse film of the drawing taking shape. Your client can watch the creation of the artwork you commissioned for them.

A COMMISSION THAT FITS THE OCCASION

Start with the client.
I’ll take care of the details.

Tell me what you’d like to give and how you plan to present it. I’ll quote the artwork, any framing and Art Video, and delivery together, so you can plan the complete gift.

Ask about your client’s gift
  1. Tell me who it’s for.

Is your client buying or selling? Which home would you like drawn, and what makes it meaningful to them?

  2. Share the view and the date.

A clear overall photograph is a useful start. Mention any important features and when you hope to give the gift. Photographs can follow by email.

  3. Choose the finished gift.

Decide on the drawing, optional framing and Art Video. I’ll confirm the complete price, delivery arrangements and timing. Once we agree on the details, a 50% deposit secures your commission.

  4. See it before it’s sent.

You’ll see a digital preview of the drawing before I frame or send it. After you approve the preview and pay the balance, I’ll arrange delivery.

BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

A few
practical details.

What does a client gift cost?

House commissions are quoted individually. Your quote will cover the size and composition, any framing and Art Video you choose, and delivery. Framing is an optional extra. The people-portrait prices on the Pricing page don’t set the price for a house commission.

Can you frame it so it’s ready to give?

Yes. I can arrange framing for an additional fee. We’ll choose the frame, agree on the cost and allow for the framing and delivery time in your quote. You’ll see a digital preview of the drawing before it is framed.

Can I give it at closing?

Tell me your preferred gift date and whether the closing date is still moving. I’ll confirm whether the timing is feasible before we agree on the commission. If you’re planning to give it after the move, include that date instead.

Can I use listing photographs?

Share photographs you have permission to use. An overall view of the home helps establish the composition; closer photographs can show a doorway, garden or other meaningful feature. We’ll review what’s useful together.

Can the drawing include a garden, car or other details?

Tell me which details matter to the client and which you’d prefer left out. I’ll review the composition as a whole and include the agreed scope in the quote.

What if I’m planning gifts for several clients?

Include the number of homes and the gift dates in one inquiry. I’ll review the commissions and timing with you; each home can have its own composition.

FOR THE CLIENT YOU HAVE IN MIND

Which home
would you give them?

Tell me about your client, the home and the gift date. Let me know if you’d like framing or an Art Video, and I’ll help you plan the finished gift.
